Committed to providing accessible, high quality therapeutic support, regardless of location, and bring a flexible, culturally sensitive approach to all of our sessions.

The Global Mental Health Network started in Dorset, as a small independent idea by counsellor Holly Cruttenden, from a deep commitment to making mental health support accessible, especially for those who might otherwise go without it, and has grown rapidly, now offering support worldwide! Our mission is to offer compassionate, low-cost counselling to individuals from all walks of life, at a low-cost rate. We work to a Person-Centred approach for adults, as well as for children and young people (11+). Our experienced practitioners work across a broad range of needs, from managing daily life stresses and anxiety to supporting individuals through major life transitions, identity exploration, relationship breakdowns, workplace challenges, and the complexities of neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ experiences.
We are proud to also support clients internationally, with current individuals accessing our service from countries including Ireland, Canary Islands and mainland Spain, Portugal, New Zealand, Dubai and Peru. Our international work has developed through a combination of self-referrals, recommendations, and direct school referrals, often where access to local mental health services is limited, has long waiting lists, or is financially inaccessible.
Expertise includes working with mild through to severe and complex mental health needs, in both counselling and psychiatric settings, allowing us to provide rounded, informed support based on each individual’s needs. Sessions are available online, via telephone, text-based chat, and in-person in Ramsgate, Kent.

Sessions are available online, by phone, text or in-person, whichever works best for you
